Methodic, focused manipulation of soft tissues of the body. Known to improve circulation, relieve stress and lessen muscle tension.
-- Swedish Massage -- A medium to light pressure massage to promote relaxation, increase circulation and alleviate pain and stiffness.
-- Deep Tissue -- A deeper more intense massage using slow, deep strokes to relieve muscular tension and reach below the superficial muscles.
-- Pregnancy Massage -- A nourishing massage addressing the special needs of mothers-to-be during pregnancy.
